Taken to its extreme, we become totally pre-occupied with not making a mistake and seeking security above all other considerations. The experience of the fear of failure is in the words of “I can’t.” We feel it in the front of the body, starting at the solar plexus and moving up to the rapid beating of the heart, rapid breathing and a tight throat. The second major fear that interferes with performance is the fear of rejection. We learn this when our parents make their love conditional upon our behavior. If we do what pleases them, they give us love and approval. If we do something they don’t like, they withdraw their love and approval-which we interpret as rejection. DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS- YOU HAVE TO KNOW THE BASIC CUSTOMER SKILLS- by EBENEZER ESSUMAN

I write this because of my recent interactions with staffs who receive calls on behalf of companies; sometimes they are too rude and warm. I admit the fact, some customers are difficult to deal with but the convention here is THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Let me take you through some customer’s skills;

1.      Tolerance- There are some customers who normally come to frustrated  from wherever they are coming but the truth is you have to patient and tolerate them,. Take your time to know what they really want and give it to them. Try your best possible to pay the needed attention to them and they will never regret securing your services. You Can lose your talent without nurturing

A young man use to be a good footballer, he was not all that talented but he is at least had some trademark skills and he was known for that by his peers. Fortunately or unfortunately this young man gave up on football to pursue his actual dream.
Two years down the lane, he came back to the soccer field just to play for fun. whilst playing he tried to exhibit his old skills but did not get it right, a friend shouted “massa, you stopped playing football for about two years ago and you think you will get things right easily!”. The young man remembered that it took consistent practice to acquire and maintain such skills and now with no consistent training, he won’t get it easy……

NOTE= To be good at something, you must practice consistently,stay focus and be on track. It can be you talent but mind you having a TALENT without NURTURING it is like a Fish climbing a tree!football cartoon
